A rare chance to step into a senior commercial role within a global membership and quality assurance body for business schools.

The successful candidate will build and sustain strong relationships with deans and directors of business schools across the world, expanding the membership base. As such, this is 100% new business. This is a truly international opportunity, involving extensive travel and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert candidate schools into full members.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales and membership growth targets.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new business across multiple global markets.
  • Plan and run roadshows, capacity‑building workshops, and other events in both new and existing markets.

Experience Sought

  • Proven track record in new business sales
  • Experience of working in sales within higher education such as business schools or universities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong at relationship‑building, especially with senior decision‑makers such as school leaders.
  • Experience in managing events, workshops or similar large scale engagements.

Working Hours & Remuneration

  • 35 hours per week, with additional hours, travel and weekend work as required. 3 days in the London office per week (unless travelling). 
  • Competitive salary, plus commission and benefits.

Please note that this role averages one week per month of international travel.
