Your new roleThis pivotal role as Director of Marketing for a leading Global Recruitment business. Your main goal will be to lead performance marketing, strengthen brand awareness, and engage key customers-both clients and candidates-across the UK & Ireland, ensuring measurable business impact and directly contributing to growth. Main areas of focus will be rot drive ROI focussed perform ance marketing, strengthen customer engagement and revenue impact, build brand awareness with a focus on market share, provide strategic leadership and manage senior stakeholders. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have prior experience working in a Marketing Director role with a track record of working with and influencing cross-functional teams, especially sales, operations, and senior leadership along with the following skills:
