Senior Building Surveyor needed.

An award-winning and growing consultancy based in the heart of London are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects. (Commercial, Heritage and Residential)


Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor

  • Leading a team on conducting detailed building surveys
  • Preparing reports on building conditions
  • Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance.
  • Managing fit out & refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
  • Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes.
  • Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis.

What do you need?

  • MRICS is preferred
  • BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
  • Exposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
