Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Pillar Change Manager for the CAT Program plays a critical role in enabling the successful adoption of change across global Operating Entities (OEs). Embedded within the project team and supported by a central Change Management (CM) function, this role ensures that all key change management activities—including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness

This is a full time remote role, however you will be expected to go to Paddington once a month. The Change Manager will co-own the overall Change Plan with the central CM team and work closely with the Communications Manager to align messaging and training approaches across the organization

Responsibilities with the Project Team

  • Align change plans with project milestones and actively contribute to planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

  • Translate project deliverables into regional impacts and, in collaboration with the Communications Manager, drive end-user adoption through targeted training and communication.

  • Collaborating with the Digital PMO provide regional stakeholder feedback to inform project decisions and readiness strategies.

  • Integrate change activities into project plans, ensuring tracking and reporting of CM progress.#

Responsibilities with the Regional Teams (OEs)

  • In collaboration with. The Digital PMO serve as the primary CM liaison for regional Operating Entities (OEs), ensuring consistent execution of all change activities.

  • Partner with the Communications Manager to localize and cascade communications and training materials that fit the regional context.

  • Conduct local change impact assessments and gather regional feedback on readiness, adoption, and resistance.

  • Support OE leaders and change agents in fulfilling their change roles, while sharing local insights and best practices globally.

  • Help provide OE centric reporting to Program Leadership

Responsibilities with the Central Change Management Team

  • Co-own the overall Change Plan with the central Change Management Team, ensuring joint responsibility for strategy, execution, and adjustments.

  • Receive direction, templates, and support from the central CM team, ensuring alignment with global strategy.

  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to deploy centrally developed change, communication, and training materials adapted for local effectiveness.

  • Report on OE-level readiness, adoption, risks, and lessons learned to inform overall CM planning and continuous improvement.
