- Create content and campaigns to reach out to staff members
- Work closely with the external communications team to ensure messages align
- Ensure the quality of posts on the company intranet
- Build relationships with staff members via meetings and town halls
- Create and implement internal communication strategies
- Previous experience in an internal communications manager position
- Experience working with a non-for-profit organisation
- Experience driving a company’s mission and strategy
- Great written skills
- Confident working with a wider internal communications team
