The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious health organisation recruiting for a Senior Internal Communications Manager.

 

Location: Hybrid working, 3 days in London a week. 
 

Contract: Full-time, permanent.
 

Salary: circa £55,000.

 

Role Overview:
The Senior Internal Communications Manager will lead on internal communications for the Trust. They advise colleagues on best practices, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated. The role involves campaigns on a multi-site basis and collaborating with hospital teams to communicate strategic projects. The ideal candidate has experience in engaging staff, especially non-desk-based workers, and managing stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of internal communications strategy aligned with Trust’s clinical, operational, and workforce objectives.
  • Explore a new email platform to enhance user experience and provide metrics for evaluation.
  • Deliver internal communications activities while measuring effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
  • Work on an annual audit of internal communications to inform future strategies and refine delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of internal news.


 

Person Specification:

  • Highly experienced at working in Internal Communications from preferably an NHS background, healthcare organisation or a blue-chip company.
  • Has a deep understanding of how to operate within an organisation which is a leader in its market.
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Great stakeholder management experience.
