Description

  • Develop and implement communication plans for internal communication to support increased employee engagement
  • Develop and publish a range of internal communications
  • Develop effective communication channels and content to communicate with employees, such as newsletters, brochures, fact sheets, social media and digital content and other communication materials
  • Ensure all communication complies with business requirements and corporate/brand policies
  • Proactively develop our network of Communications Champions
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to support the delivery of appropriate recognition schemes and promotion of employee benefits
  • Manage external events aligned to the marketing strategy of the business, as when and required
  • Manage internal events, such as monthly business update calls and our annual management conference

Profile

As Internal Communication Manager, you will have excellent written and visual display skills, copy writing and editing skills with proven experience of using effective internal communication to support increased employee engagement.

You will have proven experience of developing and publishing communication materials under limited supervision and guidance.

You will have excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to build strong working relationships and networks across a complex organisation to deliver results.

Ability and willingness to undertake occasional travel and some overnight stays to support our geographically dispersed contracts.
