Marketing & Communications Manager

Temporary, 12 months

Charity People are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager on behalf of a hugely popular men's health related charity to lead and implement marketing and communications that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and programme awareness. This vital role of the charity supports the delivery and growth of the charity's flagship and broader programmes, helping to strengthen their impact and reach.

Ket duties and responsibilities for this role:

  • Produce and deliver comprehensive marketing and communications plans that align with the charity's objectives and enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Promote the charity's flagship programme and broader initiatives through multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms
  • Work closely with internal teams, delivery partners, funders, and key stakeholders to ensure the best results and impact via key messaging and campaign delivery
  • Manage and build upon relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders to support campaign delivery and programme success
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, mission, and values
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications within a charity
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands on experience in campaign delivery, content creation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Confident working collaboratively across teams
  • Experience of B2B marketing (Essential)

You will be a self-starter, who can work in a fast-paced environment who is happy to jump straight in, get under the skin of the key programme, and get the work required completed effectively. This role is more so about strong stakeholder management to help cement the current partnerships, and strategic thinking, so will suit someone with excellent relationships building skills, who has broad marketing and communications experience, who can advise on engagement and can create impact.

This role will require very occasional travel across the UK.
