Marketing Campaign Manager (Performance & Growth Marketing)

Location: Remote. To suit Candidate based in England or Wales available for "Anchor" days in London.

Salary: Highly Competitive + Performance Bonus.

Applause IT are working with a fast growing Arbitrage Lead Gen company looking for a new Marketing Campaign Manager who's hands-on, growth-focused, and results-driven. This is a remote role working closely with their Chief Marketing & Technology Officer to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, and native ad platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, and MediaGo.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Native)
* Build and deploy creatives using tools like Creative.ai and AdsManage.ai
* Brief and review creatives with designers and content creators - manage high creative output weekly
* Run A/B tests and optimise landing pages for improved conversion
* Monitor performance metrics daily and adjust campaigns based on data
* Scale successful campaigns quickly and pause underperformers fast
What We're Looking For:
* Circa 2-4 years' + experience in digital or performance marketing (agency or in-house)
* Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and native platforms
* Strong creative instincts - able to identify and iterate on high-converting ads
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Taboola, Outbrain. Comfortable with 150K+pm spend
* Experience using Figma, Creative.ai, - a strong plus but not essential
* Background in A/B testing, CRO, or landing page optimisation desirable
* Self-starter with a startup mindset - comfortable wearing multiple hats

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

* Previous work in lead generation, finance, or claims verticals
* Knowledge of advertorial funnels or regulated ad environments
* Experience with GA4, Hotjar, GTM, Zapier, or similar tools
* Presentable with the ability and confidence to speak to camera and be creative where opportunity presents in the world of Tic Tok and Meta (a plus not essential).
* Must be confidant of passing DBS and Finance check as will be working with large sets of personal finance data.
