Are you a Strategy & Communications Executive/ Manager with a flair for internal engagement and a passion for driving business initiatives forward? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Operations team supporting the firm's ambitious growth plans through to 2030.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to both the Director of Operations and the Head of Strategy & Communications, this role sits within the Operations team rather than Marketing, and plays a key part in shaping and delivering internal communications and business strategy across the firm's UK and international offices.

You will:

  • Support strategic projects that align with the firm's long-term growth vision.
  • Help manage internal communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with managing partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to firmwide business planning, tracking progress and producing key reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform high-level strategic discussions.
  • Coordinate internal events, including major conferences and leadership meetings.
  • Oversee a junior assistant within the team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role requires someone sharp, confident, and proactive-comfortable working alongside senior leaders in high-level meetings.

You'll likely have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar internal communications or strategy-focused role.
  • Experience in a professional services or legal environment.
  • A relevant degree (business, communications, etc. preferred).
  • A long-term mindset with a desire to grow within the organisation.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with genuine enthusiasm for strategic work.

Not the right fit if you:

  • Have a law degree with ambitions to practice law.
  • Are looking for a traditional marketing role.

Note: While the role is titled "Executive," the team is flexible-if you're at manager level, that's not a problem. Likewise, if you're slightly more junior but ticking most boxes, your application will be considered.
