We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our identity governance framework.
This role ensures secure, efficient, and compliant access to systems and data across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Framework Ownership & Governance Develop and maintain the IAM framework, ensuring it supports secure identity lifecycle management and is clearly understood by all stakeholders.
  • Adoption & Continuous Improvement Monitor framework adoption across business units and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using a risk-based prioritisation model.
  • Lifecycle Management (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) collaborates with HR and other departments to ensure JML processes are aligned with best practices and consistently executed, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access recertification.
  • Access Request Management oversees automated approval workflows for access requests, ensuring they are enforced effectively and remain aligned with business needs.
  • Access Recertification Leads to periodic access reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Implement strong controls to remove unnecessary access.
  • System Administration & Collaboration Partner with IT and Information Security teams to maintain and enhance I&AM tools and platforms.
  • Process Optimisation Design and refine I&AM processes to align with industry best practices. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Training & Enablement Provide training, documentation, and guidance to fulfilment teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of I&AM protocols.
  • Issue Resolution Act as the point of contact for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Security Alignment works closely with Identity Security Architects and other stakeholders to ensure I&AM processes meet security and compliance requirements.
  • Project Involvement Contribute IAM expertise to cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring identity and access considerations are embedded from the start.
  • Compliance & Reporting Enforce adherence to company policies and standards. Deliver regular reporting and insights on I&AM performance and compliance.
