Responsibilities
You will play a key role in shaping winning tenders and supporting our preconstruction strategy. From tender analysis and adjudication to supporting commercial decisions, you'll be mouldable, eager to learn, and able to deliver clarity and value.
What you'll do:
Analyse tenders and identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
Support the bid process, preparing documentation and adjudication reports.
Work closely with directors, estimators, and project teams.
Help refine preconstruction strategies to maximise success.

Experience in preconstruction, estimating, or commercial roles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
