Building Safety & Facilities Manager

We’re hiring a Building Safety & Facilities Manager to lead compliance across a portfolio of high-rise residential buildings. If you’re passionate about fire safety, hard FM, and protecting residents, this is your chance to make a real impact.

This is an important role, based in London and we’re looking for a highly qualified, driven professional to lead on Building Safety Act 2022 compliance, manage Building Assessment Certificates, and ensure the high-rise portfolio is always safe, compliant, and future-ready.

You’ll be the key contact for the Building Safety Regulator, oversee safety case reports, ensure statutory compliance, and mentor a dedicated Building Safety Coordinator. From audits and inspections to engaging with residents and stakeholders, this is your chance to make a real impact in the sector.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in managing Health and Safety within high-rise residential buildings, especially fire safety matters
  • IWFM member (or higher)
  • NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
  • Strong experience in fire safety & hard FM compliance
  • Skilled at managing people, consultants, and outsourced services
