Contracts Manager

Site Based - North London, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Essex

This is a great opportunity for a construction professional to join a thriving soft landscaping company where you'll work on a mixture of interesting commercial and residential projects across the public and private sectors, in a role offering autonomy, diversity, and a generous salary and package.

Do you have experience managing landscaping or construction projects? Are you looking to play a pivotal role in a growing company's success?

This established yet growing landscaping company specialises in soft landscaping across both the residential and commercial sectors. Projects vary in size and scope, with valuations ranging from 20k to 1 million. Diversity is at the heart of their work-you can expect to be involved in a broad range of developments, including green spaces in residential communities, landscaping around commercial buildings, school grounds, public parks, and bespoke courtyards, to name a few. As the company continues to expand, they are now seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites and play a key role in driving ongoing success.

This is a site-based role where you will oversee between 7 and 13 projects per month across North London, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Essex, and Birmingham. You will be required to attend the head office in Hastings once a week, on Wednesdays. Key responsibilities include conducting regular site visits, planning and scheduling work, coordinating teams, maintaining strong relationships with site personnel and clients, and reporting directly to the Operations Director.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing landscaping or construction projects and must hold a full UK driver's licence, as regular travel to sites is essential.
