We're working with a specialist roofing contractor who are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects across [region]. With a strong order book and a reputation for quality, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-run business.

The Role:

As Roofing Contracts Manager, you'll take full responsibility for managing the delivery of flat and pitched roofing projects — from pre-start through to final handover. You'll be managing multiple sites, liaising with clients, supervising site teams, and ensuring all work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across several roofing projects

  • Oversee labour, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site delivery

  • Liaise with clients, surveyors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships

  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve any issues as they arise

  • Ensure all works meet company standards, health & safety regulations, and project deadlines

  • Manage budgets, procurement, and final handovers

? What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in the roofing sector

  • Strong knowledge of both flat and pitched roofing systems

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred)

  • Full UK driving licence
