We are recruiting a Electrical Contractors Manager for one of our clients; a Electrical sub-contractor, specializing in a wide range of projects across London.
The Role:
- Managing multiple projects at one time
- Working for tier 1 Contractors
- Mainly office Fit out projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all contract stages from tender to completion
- Negotiate and administer contracts in line with company and client requirements
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve contractual disputes and claims efficiently
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (ideally 10yrs+)
- Strong knowledge of electrical projects
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) preferred
- Have a electrical background
