Business Support Team Lead
Job Type: Permanent / Part Time (will consider flexible working options)
Salary: Circa £35,000 FTE
Location: London (On site)
Logika Group are seeking an experienced and highly organised Part-Time Business Support Lead to oversee and enhance our administrative and operational functions.
You’ll be supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business and help drive continuous improvement across key internal processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating a small admin team (currently two members of staff)
- Leverage tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate) to streamline routine operations
- Supporting multi-disciplinary technical bids
- Overseeing office management and internal documentation
- Coordinating internal audits (ISO 9001 & 14001) and H&S record-keeping
- Supporting travel, events, and social value initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven team management skills, delegation, and performance oversight
- Excellent organisational abilities, managing personal and team workloads effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Self-motivated and proactive, ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, confident in learning new digital platforms and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident at liaising with team members at all business levels
