We are recruiting for a prestigious facilities management organisation who are looking for an experienced facilities Key Account Manager to join their team.
This opportunity will oversea a portfolio of luxury retail clients within the London area. The role will require you to be office based once every two Weeks with the remainder of your time been on site with clients. Travel will be compensated and you must have experience within a facilities management organisation prior.
Your role will include but not be exclusive to the below tasks
-Full responsibility of service across portfolio
-Maintenance and records of daily attendance across sites, involvement in hiring, appraisals and disciplinary process
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with your portfolio clients, inclusive of Monthly meetings with clients, weekly meetings with site supervisors, leading by example for all levels
-Site health and safety documentation and training schedules
The ideal candidate will be bilingual and a bonus if you speak Spanish or Portuguese. The none negotiable is that you have worked within facilities management and a plus if this is inclusive of the retail sector.
