Course Enrolment Advisor

Location: Hybrid / Chiswick (Minimum 2–3 days per week at our Chiswick office)

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum + OTE

Vacancy Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours (Including approximately 2–3 days with a later start/finish (e.g. 11am–7pm)

The Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional and people-focused Course Enrolment Adviser to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting role for someone who loves connecting with people, building rapport quickly, and supporting individuals on their journey of personal development.

As a Course Enrolment Adviser, you will:

  • Make engaging post-event and enquiry calls to prospective students
  • Follow up with delegates who attend our events, offering advice and course information
  • Support with enrolments and admissions, guiding people as they join TCA courses
  • Work with the marketing team on sales campaigns and lead generation
  • Attend events to build relationships and support delegates in person
  • Provide excellent administration support and uphold TCA’s policies

Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

  • At least one year’s experience in sales, bookings or enrolment role, gained in a professional, office-based or corporate sales setting
  • Proven experience of managing client telephone enquiries in a professional services or administrative environment
  • Experience of working to and achieving KPIs/targets
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
