Digital Learning & Webinar Coordinator£32,000 London – Hybrid  THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading professional body, supporting the internal auditing profession, providing training, certifications, and career development to help professionals excel.You will be responsible for setting up and managing courses, webinars, and virtual classrooms for qualification-related programs. You'll work closely with teams to deliver engaging, well-organised learning experiences, ensuring that learners receive the best possible online training.If you thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment and enjoy optimising digital learning platforms, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact in professional education.THE ROLE:
  • Set up courses and virtual classes on the learning platform, including timetables, access codes, and assets such as polling tools and slide decks.
  • Collaborate with the operations and digital learning teams on scheduling and logistics, ensuring pre-prepared templates are used.
  • Add and maintain learning assets on the virtual platform and SharePoint, keeping content updated and organised.
  • Create and maintain course material templates for slides and workbooks, ensuring consistency and accuracy with version control.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual classroom platforms, escalating as needed.
  • Deliver induction training to staff and tutors on using the virtual classroom platform.
  • Provide general support for colleagues on various projects.
THE PERSON:
  • Must have experience using office tools, such as PowerPoint; SharePoint, Moodle and setting up virtual classes (webinars) in Teams, Webex and Zoom.
  • Experience in virtual learning platform management and course setup.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with operations and digital learning teams.
  • Ability to manage and maintain learning assets across platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating and updating course material templates, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
  • Confident in delivering training and inductions to staff and tutors.
  • Flexible and proactive, willing to assist with additional projects as needed.
