Myclient is an Outstanding care homein central London a and is seeking a passionate and motivated clinician with good CQCknowledge to support the management team in training and auditing
You will train new and existing staff
  • You will ensure that all clinically focused staff have completed role relevant training and has required skills to practice safely.
  • Devise individual training plans for individuals in discussion with the home manager
  • Produce an annual training needs analysis for clinical staff which entails both mandatory and professional development training.
  • Support the home to deliver clinical training for staff including personal care, medication management, patient assessment, infection prevention and control, manual handling, care planning.
  • Work with the management teamon back to work plans, gradual returns and development plans for staff who require support to improve their performance.
  • Work with the management teamon reassessment and training of individuals or teams following clinical incidents and significant events.
  • Maintain own professional development and registration
  • Have the ability to organise, plan and deliver training to groups of clinical staff.

You will be an RGN with a training qualification and have experience in a care home environment
