We are looking for a reliable and proactive Corporate Hospitality Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of our staff kitchen and hospitality areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Keeping the staff kitchen and communal areas clean, tidy, and well-organised throughout the day
  • Booking parking for employees
  • Stocking cupboards, fridges, and kitchen areas with food, beverages, and supplies
  • Managing weekly orders for kitchen supplies, including organising and setting up the Tuesday morning team breakfast
  • Loading and unloading the dishwasher regularly to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Clearing and removing bins, particularly during busy periods
  • Assisting with simple food and drink set-up for internal meetings as needed
  • Monitoring stock levels and placing replenishment orders with approved suppliers
  • Ensuring hospitality areas are presented to a high standard at all times
  • Supporting occasional ad hoc facilities tasks to assist the wider team

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a facilities, hospitality, or customer service support role (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved with a range of practical tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond to requests promptly
  • A flexible, team-focused approach, particularly during busy periods or special events
