Job Title: Corporate Hospitality Assistant
Hourly rate: 13.70
Hours: 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
Location: White City
Duration: 6th May until 23rd May
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Corporate Hospitality Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of our staff kitchen and hospitality areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Keeping the staff kitchen and communal areas clean, tidy, and well-organised throughout the day
- Booking parking for employees
- Stocking cupboards, fridges, and kitchen areas with food, beverages, and supplies
- Managing weekly orders for kitchen supplies, including organising and setting up the Tuesday morning team breakfast
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher regularly to maintain cleanliness standards
- Clearing and removing bins, particularly during busy periods
- Assisting with simple food and drink set-up for internal meetings as needed
- Monitoring stock levels and placing replenishment orders with approved suppliers
- Ensuring hospitality areas are presented to a high standard at all times
- Supporting occasional ad hoc facilities tasks to assist the wider team
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a facilities, hospitality, or customer service support role (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved with a range of practical tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond to requests promptly
- A flexible, team-focused approach, particularly during busy periods or special events
