L&D Coordinator 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | London, Hybrid | £44,000 - £52,000 Are you passionate about Learning and Development and looking for a varied, hands-on role in a purpose-driven organisation? We’re working with a well-established and respected company within the transport and infrastructure sector to find a skilled L&D Coordinator to support and develop their learning offering across the business.About the Role:
  • Coordinate the delivery of learning programmes, from logistics to evaluation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and support development needs
  • Act as a super user for the Learning Management System and support the rollout of a new Learning Experience Platform and Career Development module
  • Work closely with external suppliers and training partners
  • Contribute to early careers initiatives including graduate and student placement programmes
  • Support wider HR and Talent projects including EDI strategy delivery, onboarding and performance management processes
About You:
  • Previous experience in a learning and development role, ideally with experience coordinating training activities
  • Hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Confidence with systems and data – including reporting and interpreting insights
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and customer service
  • CIPD qualification (or similar) would be a bonus, but not essential
Package:
  • 12 month fixed-term contract
