Known for their passion, hands-on production methods, and commitment to quality, they now manufacture a unique range of products including handmade salsas, sauces, and fresh corn tortillas — all produced on-site in Park Royal.As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a friendly, detail-driven Bookkeeper / Credit Controller to join their small, dedicated team and help manage the day-to-day financial operations.The RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone with solid bookkeeping and credit control experience, looking to work in a friendly, food-loving environment where your contribution will make a real difference.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Process supplier invoices and manage payments
  • Issue customer invoices and statements
  • Carry out credit control: chasing overdue payments and managing credit accounts
  • Prepare VAT returns and support with monthly accounts
  • Assist with financial queries from suppliers and customers
  • Work closely with the company’s directors and external accountants
About You
  • Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or credit control role
  • Comfortable working with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Professional and confident communicator, especially over the phone
  • AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities in a small office team
