The Role

Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you'll play a key role supporting cash collection, customer relationships, and credit decision-making. This is a broad, hands-on role that interacts across finance, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments

  • Allocating payments and reconciling accounts

  • Reviewing credit applications and setting credit limits

  • Building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams

  • Monitoring overdue balances and resolving payment queries

  • Producing reports and analysing payment performance across global markets

What You'll Bring
