KeyResponsibilities:

• Review, analyse and provide comments to counsel related to negotiation and drafting of LMA documents for assigned accounts. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution
• Workwithexternalparties,includingattorneys,financialadvisors,tostructureandcloseGlobalCapitalMarkets(GCM)transactionsinatimelymanner.
• RepresentGCMattransactionclosings,attendandchairclientmeetingsandpresentationsandpreparerelatedrelevantdocumentation.
• Conduct documentation reviews and support deal closings, waivers, and amendments.
• OverseeKYCandonboardingfornewcounterparties
• Monitorcovenantsandborrowercomplianceobligations
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
