This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment, managing queries from both customers and internal teams, and ensuring every interaction delivers an excellent experience.

The Requirements:
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience handling customer enquiries, ideally within mobile services
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accurate administrative abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
- Capable of using initiative and making sound decisions
- Comfortable working to deadlines and performance targets
- Experience managing billing queries
The Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face contact
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Support internal teams with updates and coordination tasks
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate and well-organised records in internal systems
- Liaise with mobile networks, suppliers, and partners
- Work to agreed SLAs and targets, ensuring high service levels
- Monitor call queues and minimise wait times
- Identify potential improvements to processes and customer experience
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
