An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join our client's mobile services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment, managing queries from both customers and internal teams, and ensuring every interaction delivers an excellent experience.

The Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience handling customer enquiries, ideally within mobile services
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate administrative abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
  • Capable of using initiative and making sound decisions
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and performance targets
  • Experience managing billing queries

The Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face contact
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Support internal teams with updates and coordination tasks
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised records in internal systems
  • Liaise with mobile networks, suppliers, and partners
  • Work to agreed SLAs and targets, ensuring high service levels
  • Monitor call queues and minimise wait times
  • Identify potential improvements to processes and customer experience
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
