What we're looking for:

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out general administrative tasks
  • Supporting event set up and coordination
  • Managing meeting room bookings and schedules
  • Updating customer information in the database
  • Ensuring any maintenance or housekeeping issued are reported.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
