We're excited to announce that we're seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to join our friendly team based in Islington.

In this important role, you'll help us deliver our income management services and policies, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. Our goal is to maximise rent collection while alleviating financial hardship, ensuring our customers feel supported throughout their journey with us.

We value individuals who are not only target driven but also possess a strong commitment to providing high quality service. Your excellent communication skills will be vital in building trusting relationships, especially when navigating challenging situations. Additionally, your ability to present cases in court will require exceptional written communication and strong mathematical skills.

Ideally, you would bring experience from a housing background, along with GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent) and proficiency in MS Office applications. We understand that this role may require you to travel to remote locations where public transport isn't available, and we encourage candidates who are adaptable and willing to embark on this journey with us.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Islington. ?Candidates will be expected to work flexibly between the office and home in line with business needs.

If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to either the South East, East, Midlands, or South West pay scale.

Applicants must have the ability to travel extensively across the region to remote locations where public transport may not be available.
