We’re looking for a Customer Experience Team Member to join our team in Edinburgh, working full-time to help provide exceptional front-line support to students.Location: EdinburghRole: Customer Experience Team Member – Student ServicesHours: Full-timePay: £12.82 per hourStart Date: ASAPAbout the Role:You’ll be a key point of contact for students, helping them navigate their university experience with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s answering questions, signposting to services, or offering a friendly listening ear, your support will make a real difference.You may be helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending restaurants or places to see, or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcoming and advising students in person, by phone, or via email
  • Providing clear, accurate information on university services, facilities, and processes
  • Escalating or referring more complex queries to the right teams
  • Supporting events, inductions, and key student experience activities
  • Maintaining records and ensuring high standards of service delivery
