Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 1 month (potential to extend)
Start Date: ASAP!!!
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid - based in Hackney
Hourly Rate: £14+!
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the friendly voice our customers rely on. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries with empathy and understanding ??
- Providing clear and accurate information about products and services
- Resolving issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction ?
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to enhance service quality
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written ??
- A confident and calm approach to problem-solving
- Confident when answering and talking on the phone.
- The ability to empathise with customers and understand their needs
- Previous experience in customer service and Zendesk is a plus, but not essential
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn �?
