We are recruiting on behalf of a global health & wellness company for two fluent German-speaking Member Services Advisors to join their growing European customer support team. These are remote-based roles supporting members across the DACH region and wider European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Assist with member queries, order management, and account troubleshooting
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
  • Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues on behalf of customers and leaders
  • Attend occasional training sessions, conventions, or team meetings (some travel required)
  • Support the Member Services Team with additional tasks as needed

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working under pressure
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
