We are recruiting on behalf of a global health & wellness company for two fluent German-speaking Member Services Advisors to join their growing European customer support team. These are remote-based roles supporting members across the DACH region and wider European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Assist with member queries, order management, and account troubleshooting
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
- Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues on behalf of customers and leaders
- Attend occasional training sessions, conventions, or team meetings (some travel required)
- Support the Member Services Team with additional tasks as needed
Your Profile:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable learning new systems and working under pressure
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
