We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our clients team. The Handy Man will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for all users.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings.
- Execute tasks such as plumbing and other maintenance work.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise other maintenance staff when required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete complex projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Leadership qualities with experience supervising others is a plus.
- A valid driving licence may be required for travel between job sites.
