Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent - Dutch Speaker
Location: Hybrid role with initial training on-site in London
Salary: 12.30 per hour + benefits
Commission: Uncapped commission structure, paid monthly (on-target earnings approx. 5,000 per year)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm weekends (one weekend day every other week).
Progression: Opportunities to advance into roles such as Social Media, Training, Quality Support, and Team Management.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service and sales professional to join a dynamic team supporting holiday bookings for European customers. You'll handle inbound calls, assist with service requests, and drive sales through understanding customer needs and upselling additional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls for sales and service
- Process booking changes, cancellations, and confirmations
- Identify customer needs and generate sales
- Upsell additional services and extended stays
Key Skills & Experience:
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets
