Sustainability Graduate - Envirotech - Customer Support

As a Customer Support Specialist at my client, your mission is to deliver a brilliant first-line experience to customers across the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for support queries—resolving simple issues, guiding people to the right information, and escalating more complex requests when needed.

You’ll handle inbound calls and emails, and in future we’ll also launch chat support. You’ll work closely with our fantastic internal team to make sure every customer feels supported and every installer has what they need to keep jobs moving. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, energetic team who have loads of fun together, care deeply about the mission, and are building something with real impact.

This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to tackling climate change while helping improve job opportunities and working conditions for heating installers across the UK.

Experience & Skills

? Around 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment (this could be anything—retail, hospitality, support, etc.)

? Some professional experience in any setting where you’ve had to be reliable and organised

? Confident speaking with customers on the phone and writing clearly via email

? Comfortable using tools like Google Docs or Notion, and happy to learn new systems
