We are representing a leading architectural practice with a strong track record in industrial and technical facilities. Following a series of new project wins in the Data Centre sector, they are now looking for an experienced Data Centre Architect to join their team near Paddington.
Senior Architect Role Overview
- Design and deliver data centre projects from masterplanning through to detailed technical stages
- Work on both single occupier and co-location schemes, supporting end-users and developers across the UK
- Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and sustainable facilities
- Produce robust design documentation and support project delivery on high-value, mission-critical developments
Senior Architect Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering data centre projects or Cleanrooms (essential)
- Strong knowledge of resilience, redundancy, and cooling strategies
- Ability to work across RIBA stages 0-7
- Revit proficiency desirable
- Office based, within commuting distance of either Gratham, Newark or Nottingham
Senior Architect Salary & Package
- Up to 90,000 DOE
