We are seeking a strategic Enterprise Architect - Data & AI to lead and shape the data architecture vision across our growing enterprise architecture practice. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, regulatory compliance, and technology innovation-ensuring that data and AI capabilities support scalable, compliant, and business-aligned transformation outcomes.


As part of our architecture community, you will help define reusable frameworks, foster governance excellence, and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical and data expertise with strategic leadership, regulatory awareness, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders, particularly in regulated sectors such as life sciences.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience as a senior enterprise data architect in consulting, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
  • Deep expertise in IDMP standards and regulatory data structuring within global compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in data modelling, data integration, and cloud-native data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on with modelling tools like EA Sparx, Erwin, and well-versed in ETL/ELT and data pipeline orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, GxP, ISO IDMP).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage CxO-level stakeholders, facilitate enterprise architecture workshops, and present enterprise data models.
  • Presales, bid support, and client-facing consulting experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
