You'll have the scope to design and deliver firmwide training on professional standards, ethical behaviour, and best practice in client service. From helping lawyers understand their obligations in a hybrid and AI-enabled world, to embedding compliance into performance reviews, your work will directly impact how excellence is delivered at scale.
You will need a strong working knowledge of SRA standards and a track record in compliance, ethics or professional standards within a law firm. You need to bring the confidence to work cross-functionally, the clarity to design impactful training, and the mindset to champion integrity, growth and continuous improvement.
