COMPLIANCE AND ADMIN COORDINATORAn exciting temporary opportunity for a Compliance and Admin Coordinator to support regulatory and administrative functions within a well-established travel and tourism organisation. The role involves tracking and maintaining compliance across over 800 members, coordinating internal processes, managing documentation, and supporting communication between departments and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, diary management, and office administration who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.COMPLIANCE AND ADMIN COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Tracking and maintaining the code of conduct and regulatory requirements across over 800 members while monitoring compliance
  • Maintaining compliance records and updating an internal bespoke CRM
  • Reporting non-compliance issues and following up on corrective actions via email
  • Handling office administration, including filing, scheduling, document preparation and general coordination tasks
  • Managing internal documentation such as forms, policies, reports and databases
  • Supporting communication between departments and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and scheduling up to 10 meetings daily between external stakeholders and the organisation for industry-related support and queries, while ensuring follow-up actions are tracked
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality at all times
COMPLIANCE AND ADMIN COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Bringing a minimum of 12 months of compliance experience
  • Bringing a minimum of 6 months of scheduling or diary management experience
  • Using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • Demonstrating high attention to detail
  • Working in a process-driven manner
