Role Summary

This position is focused on ensuring regulatory compliance across food and feed safety, product quality, and integrity standards. The role involves monitoring legislative developments, supporting compliance strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality regulations across multiple regions, including certification and product integrity standards.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and assess potential impacts on business operations, updating internal compliance protocols accordingly.
  • Support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for both existing and new products, covering areas such as allergens, packaging, labelling, contaminants, and novel ingredients.
  • Conduct detailed product compliance reviews for internal teams, including assessments of regulatory status, claims, and labelling.
  • Coordinate with external authorities regarding authorisations, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain internal product documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Deliver training to internal teams on regulatory topics and updates.
  • Provide support to quality assurance functions based on business priorities.
  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to verify product compliance.
  • Participate in incident and crisis management activities as part of the broader leadership team.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulatory or technical role within food, feed, chemicals, or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement structured solutions.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in business-level English.
  • Self-motivated with strong administrative and digital skills.
