Are you an Order Management Specialist looking to join a leading organisation and make a significant impact?
We have a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to thrive. You will be instrumental in supporting the Order Management team across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities :
- Manage order validation processes, including PO checks, holds, aging orders, order line releases, and corrections.
- Work with customers to improve the accuracy of order form data.
- Help set up and maintain a ticketing system for Order Management.
- Support quote creation, invoicing, and general order administration.
- Offer guidance on order management tasks and resolve intricate order issues.
- Participate in efforts to refine and improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Skills :
- Highly organised with strong analytical abilities.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and handle multiple assignments.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms is beneficial.
- Experience with ticketing systems is desirable.
