About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences to children aged 0-5
Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Monitor and record children's development, progress, and interests
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Work effectively as part of a team to support the daily running of the room

Requirements:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and child development
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A warm, patient, and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
