About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

  • Supporting children's development, wellbeing, and learning journeys

  • Maintaining accurate observations and assessments

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

  • A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures

  • Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting

  • A warm, engaging, and proactive approach

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
