Teach Plus is currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Redbridge with a well-established nursery provision. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Nursery Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who thrives in early years education and is eager to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences. You will work in a supportive environment alongside a passionate Early Years team and benefit from excellent resources and professional development.
As the Nursery Teacher, you will be expected to:? Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework? Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment? Support children's social, emotional, and academic development? Observe, monitor, and assess pupil progress using formative assessment tools? Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and colleagues? Contribute to a collaborative team ethos and wider school life
The ideal candidate for this role will have:? UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification? Recent experience teaching in an Early Years or Nursery setting? A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development? A creative, caring and child-centred approach to teaching? An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service? The right to work in the UK
