Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons to Reception students and understands the importance of the whole curriculum.
- Leadership: Assume responsibility for a designated area within the school, leading initiatives to drive improvement and innovation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment.
- Data Analysis: Use data effectively to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions.
- Parental Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and carers, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification with QTS.
- Experience: Have proven experience as a successful Reception Teacher with a track record of raising standards.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to take on additional responsibilities within a middle leadership role.
- Innovation: Bring creative and innovative ideas to contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
