Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons to Reception students and understands the importance of the whole curriculum.
  • Leadership: Assume responsibility for a designated area within the school, leading initiatives to drive improvement and innovation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment.
