Challenging Behaviour Assistant - Tower HamletsAre you looking for a rewarding role in education and training? We are recruiting a Challenging Behaviour Assistant for a supportive SEN school based in Tower Hamlets.

As a Challenging Behaviour Assistant, you will work closely with students who present with behavioural difficulties, many of whom have special educational needs (SEN). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain first-hand education and training experience in a dynamic and structured setting.

Responsibilities:

Support SEN pupils with challenging behaviour in and out of class

Deliver personalised support under the guidance of the SENCO and class teacher

De-escalate conflict and help pupils manage their emotions

Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning in Tower Hamlets

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs is preferred
