The Role:

As a Graduate TA, you will work closely with teachers to support student learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll assist in lessons, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in the classroom to enhance their learning and progress

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions under the guidance of teaching staff

  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom management

  • Help monitor student progress and contribute to assessment and feedback

  • Support students with additional needs, including SEN or EAL

  • A degree in any subject (2:2 or above)

  • A passion for working with young people and making a difference

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a school or youth setting is desirable but not essential
