Are you a recent graduate with a background in Psychology, Education, Languages, or a related field? Do you have a passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development?

Tradewind Education is recruiting committed and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools across Camden, supporting pupils from EYFS to Year 6 from September 2025.

These are full-time, term-time roles ideal for graduates who are considering a career in teaching, child psychology, or educational support services.

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate with a degree in Psychology, Education, Languages, or a related subject

  • A genuine interest in working with primary-aged children

  • A patient, proactive and caring approach to learning support

  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Legal right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils in class across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, including those with additional needs (SEN)

  • Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and differentiated learning

  • Delivering small group and one-to-one interventions to support learning and social development

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children reach their full potential
