A thriving and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 through to the end of the academic year in July 2026.
The Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with subject teachers to help deliver high-quality lessons
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who need additional help
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Help promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a degree (any subject considered; education-related fields preferred)
- Be passionate about making a difference in young people's lives
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive, adaptable, and reliable
- Ideally have some previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, summer schools)
