Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools - Newham - September Start

We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a number of thriving secondary schools across Newham this September.

The Role:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects

  • Working one-to-one or with small groups of students to boost progress

  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

  • Assisting with planning and preparation of resources

  • Gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic school setting

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A recent graduate (any subject welcome, education or related fields desirable)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about education

  • Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is beneficial but not essential
